We had a new client "Susan" who came in. Susan was seeking help with an overwhelming bill. God knew her needs were greater than what we’re being presented. When we open our minds and hearts for ways He can use us, the moments will present themselves and we can work in His image of unconditional love.
Susan patiently waited for a few minutes until we could meet with her. While she waited, our Volunteer Receptionist engaged in a conversation with her. Not long after, the volunteer was sitting by her side while she quietly cried. She began sharing something very difficult in her life. The volunteer lovingly consoled her and listened to her. That is what we are all about. Yes, paying bills is what brought this woman into Love INC but what she left with was a loving person who cared for her emotional needs. And that is priceless.
